Nurturing the Soul of Your Family–Book Review
I think most of you know by now that my life is anything but stress-free. I’m working on that, and I love it when I find books that can help, such as NURTURING THE SOUL OF YOUR FAMILY by award-winning author Renee Trudeau.
I was sent a copy to review recently and the timing was perfect.
I’ve been working hard toward finding a little more peace in my life, regaining the balance that disappeared in recent years.
NURTURING THE SOUL OF YOUR FAMILY serves up different ways to find calm and connection with straightforward lessons and exercises.
The author hosts workshops and women’s renewal retreats and based this book on some of those same messages. So, in a way, you get the wisdom without the frustration that may come with planning a weekend away from the family.
If it’s your hope to bring your family back in harmony and find more joy in your everyday life, this book can help. It can help you find your focus and cut back on the chaos. It can also help you live in the present and find inner peace.
I’m still trying to master the lessons for my own life, but already feel more hopeful about what’s ahead.
That says a lot when you look at what I juggle in a day, and the deep quest I have for setting a better example for my children.
After all, what matters more than taking care of yourself, and ‘nurturing the soul of your family’?

This sounds like a good read! There is a website that I LOVE that has a lot of good information about finding peace and harmony in life. Its called tiny buddah. There might be more info there that goes along with the info in your book!
