Dealing with Difficult People-A Sign from Above?
So I opened my work email this morning to take care of some business and the very first message in my inbox had this subject line: DEALING WITH DIFFICULT PEOPLE.
How could I not open that? Honestly?! And when I did open the message, the contents were the following. The class will cost me $119. What do you guys think? It sure sounds like it would be worth it. And yes, I realize some people consider me “difficult people”. So would that mean I’ll be better able to deal with myself? Bonus! If nothing else, it sure did give me a good smile.
********************************************** Dealing with Difficult People How to communicate with tact and skill ********************************************** This is a day of intensive training with immediate payback ... Haha, too funny. My husband has always said some people are natural enemies…maybe that’s why they’re difficult? I personally am a very difficult person…and I like it that way!
