Orlando, FL, is ‘Amusement Park Alley’ for Family Fun
If you are looking for family fun, there’s no easier place to find it than Orlando, Florida. There are so many theme parks nearby, you might as well call it “Amusement Park Alley”.
Most people know Mickey Mouse calls Orlando home, but Walt Disney World isn’t the only attraction located nearby. There are six other theme parks (outside the four that make up Walt Disney World) that your family will also enjoy!
Disney World is technically located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, but most people consider it Orlando since it’s the largest city nearby.
Inside Walt Disney World you’ll find The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. They each offer a different kind of fun for your family.
Beyond Disney there’s still plenty of fun up and down International Boulevard.
Kids of all ages will love Universal Studios. It’s especially popular with Wizarding World of Harry Potter fans. Other movie buffs will enjoy the multiple 3D rides and entertainment. Islands of Adventure will keep them moving through cinematic chills and thrills.
It can get pretty hot in Florida and that’s probably what makes so many of the area’s water parks so popular. You can take a dip at Wet n’ Wild or swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove. You can find out about all kinds of aquatic creatures at SeaWorld and refresh yourself at Aquatica SeaWorld’s Water Park.
Then there’s all the restaurants and incredible other attractions. From B.B. King’s Blues Club to Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, there’s something for every appetite.
The point is, there is you’d have a hard time NOT having fun in Orlando, where exciting entertainment is as common as the orange trees.
