Summer Slip-Sliding Away-#WordlessWednesday
The temperature was 60 degrees at the bus stop this morning. We’re back in school and summer is slip-sliding away, so on this Wordless Wednesday, we’re saying goodbye to August and the carefree fun of this time of year. If you haven’t gone down a water slide yet this summer, find one soon! It’ll make you feel like a kid again. I love the expression on my daughter’s face as she slides toward the bottom here!

This one was at a neighbor’s…she was hosting her son’s 7th birthday party. We have a pool out back but no slide. Kind of wish we had installed one when we put in the pool.

We have a tall slide that can be used with water.. haven’t gotten it out this year, though.. maybe we should.

Yeah, I can hear my science teacher in the back of my head, though, telling me it doesn’t end until late next month, but in my mind, summer ends when school starts. And thanks for the note on the title. Yep. Boo to summer ending. I am not a cold weather fan.
