Laughing Pizza Hosts Family Fun Fest in Atlanta
Atlanta families can catch a special treat next Sunday, Nov 6th, at the Laughing Pizza Family Fun Fest. It’s taking place at the Buckhead Theater in support of Georgia Public Broadcasting (GPB). Laughing Pizza is a band with world-wide popularity. The mom, dad and daughter trio are known for their colorful act and can be seen every day in over 18 million homes on PBS stations and TV On-Demand around the country.
Their fun includes a live performance by the group, but before they take the stage there’s all kinds of pre-show fun scheduled, including Circus Camp Performers and African Drumming Group Giwayen Mata (America’s Got Talent). This is the final stop on Laughing Pizza’s 2011 “Give To Get” Georgia PBS Tour. (Ever wonder what it’s like to be on the road all the time? Check out this post.)
Doors open at 2:30 for fantastic family fun with Circus Camp! There will be stilt walkers, jugglers, clowns and face painting before the Laughing Pizza performance at 4pm. There will also be an interactive aerial demonstration. Ticket prices are $15 kids over 2, $17 adults in advance – and $17 kids /$22 adults day of show. Children 2 and under are FREE. You can get tickets by clicking here. The Buckhead Theatre is located at 3110 Roswell Road Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30305.
(Note to readers: The publicist for Laughing Pizza has provided me with four tickets to this event in exchange for the promotion)
