Just Keep Swimming, Just Keep Swimming–#WordlessWednesday
Some days are better than others. Some weeks are better than others. I don’t really consider myself a complainer (the hubby would probably disagree), but jeez Louise this has been a rough few days. If it can go wrong, it has. I’m trying to remain positive because I know better than to think that things can’t get any worse. So, my mantra this week is to just keep swimming, just like Dory said in Finding Nemo. Sometimes, taking a few minutes to watch the fish in our tank helps the stress float away. So, my pic of the week is of our tank. Enjoy my #WordlessWednesday.

Sending positive vibes your way! I like this one: “Just keep swimming (preferably to somewhere that is warm and has a beach.)”

Yes, I like the idea of that very much, too. Thanks Titania.

Dear Desiree,
That is my favorite movie; many days I feel like Dory. But, for different reasons. I have so much going on that i feel so A.D.D. (and i find myself with more things up in the air than settled) then I find myself singing the same song. You are a wonderful spirit with lots to do. Don’t be so hard on yourself. And try to “Just keep swimming, Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming” by allowing your self to glide through some of your situations with a smile. Xo – gabby. Thinking of you!

Thank you Gabby. You are very sweet. I like the word glide. I’m going to make that my mantra for a bit…just glide through with a smile.

And Gabby–I just realized I had Dora instead of Dory before. See what I mean? Silly mistakes. argh.

I’ve used a similar strategy over the past few weeks. The last month for me was crazy, and especially last week where I sat in front of my computer at the office for 12-16 hours straight each day. Today I see the end nearing! I can’t wait to catch up on my life and actually go out to lunch and work 8 hour days!
PS…buying my Orlando airfare today! It dropped to $200 each on AirTran!

I’m glad you can see the light…and yay on the airfares. We’re driving down.

Sending virtual {hugs} your way! Things will get better soon! We all have those weeks – at least you are doing a good job of finding things to keep you centered. I admire your effort to remain positive no matter what.
