May the Force Be With You-Star Wars in 3D
In a galaxy far, far away, Star Wars came out in 3D, bringing the movie to life in a whole new way for its millions of Skywalker fans.
It’s actually not that far for those of you in certain cities around the country.
In fact, AMC Southlake 14 in Morrow, GA, is one of 10 AMC Theatres in the United States that will host exclusive Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace events on Saturday, Feb. 11, as part of the opening weekend fun.
I could easily list off 20 people who would love to be part of this special event tomorrow. Boba Fett fans, Obi Wan lovers. Yep. I know they’re drooling over the idea that it’s so close to being here.
Starting at 11 a.m. the theatre will offer activities, giveaways, and interactive experiences. Fans can expect (while supplies last):
- Exclusive Anakin Skywalker Podracer 3D glasses with ticket purchase, to truly get into the speed and spectacle of 3D Star Wars on the big screen.
- A Hasbro Star Wars FIGHTER PODS collectible toy with RealD 3D ticket purchase

- Special character appearances for photo opportunities
