pediped Shoes Honored for Giving

It’s always neat to me when I hear about a company that does good, along with creating a good product.

One of those companies is pediped.

They’re well known for making children’s shoes for ages 0-8.

They also have a women’s footwear line launching soon.

And while they’re putting out their shoe line, they’re putting their ‘best foot forward’ by helping those in need.

In fact, pediped Footwear received the Earnie Award for the 2012 Best Company For Good. pediped has given away nearly $2 million in product and monetary donations since it was founded in 2004.

The Earnie Awards are given annually by Earnshaw’s, an industry  magazine, to companies featuring design excellence in children’s wear. The awards are selected by retailers through a nomination and voting  process.
