Picture Keeper Backs Up Your Photographs
I have endless photos downloaded on my computer. And no where else.
Not printed.
Not on the camera cards–I delete them once I download them.
Only on my computer.
So if it crashes, my photos will disappear. Of course I have a backup drive, but I only plug that in every couple months. I’m not ok with the gamble of losing all of my pictures that aren’t backed up yet, so I’m loving the picture keeper.
It’s a device you just plug into your computer’s USB slot and it automatically searches and saves photos. It only stores them once and keeps them in my original folders on the computer, too.
It’s also neat to use with digital picture frames. Or, you can use it in photo kiosks.
Cool, right?
I was given one free through MailPix and guess what?! You can get one free, too, with any order from MailPix. You just pay shipping. Considering I’m a MailPix fan, this is a no-brainer to me. I used MailPix for several of this year’s Christmas gifts and the recipients were thrilled (which also thrilled me!). I’ll be buying more gifts from them for Mother’s Day and will be happy to get another PictureKeeper to include with the presents.
