Life-Changing Spa Experience at Qua Spa at Caesar’s Hotel in Las Vegas

You know a spa treatment is good when you would be willing to take a round-trip flight across the country in order to repeat the relaxing experience.

That’s how I feel about the incredible spa treatment I enjoyed while visiting Las Vegas recently, staying at Caesar’s Palace, enjoying an afternoon at the Qua Spa and Baths.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, since I was registered for the treatment as part of my review of the hotel amenities.  To call it awesome is an understatement.  This experience was life-changing, amazing not only for my body, but also for my soul.

The spa promotes itself as “a place for personal rediscovery, solace and healing”, and it lives up to every promise.

My massage therapist, (Jordania Goldberg—I promise she won’t disappoint!), used her skills to release tension that had burdened me for weeks, lifting all kinds of weights from my shoulders as I relaxed under her care.

I had the Qua Signature Hourglass Treatment, a personalized experience where she combined hot stones, aromatherapy, chakra balancing and energy work to essentially blow my mind.  This combination of therapies transformed my body and mind.  In an hour session, my massage therapist was able to tap into parts of my spirit that seemed buried deep within me (it’s been a rough year for me…I wasn’t expecting much and was in awe of all she was able to discover with her special talents).  I truly left the room feeling stronger, amazing, and like the warrior that I discovered I am.

The Qua Spa says an essential part of the experience is its unique Roman rituals, from the Roman Baths which consist of three distinct pools with mineral –enriched waters, to the Herbal Steam room infused with essence of eucalyptus, known for its therapeutic purposes.

There’s also a Cedarwood Sauna which encourages blood circulation with dry heat, complementing the Arctic Ice Room, a room kept at 55 degrees while offering heated benches and floors.

They also offer treatments specialized for pregnant women, men, and couples.
